It all begins with an idea. a vision, a dream - a spark of possibility. Maybe you want to turn that spark into a strong, bright flame. A fire that fuels you and changes the world. I believe in you.
-
You believe in your vision. There’s fear still there and doubt creeps in, but your belief in your dream is stronger and now you’re ready to get into action. You know that belief tied into action is a mighty force. You start to create, do all the research, send all the emails, invest everything you have into making YOUR THING a reality. I believe in you.
-
You did it. Reflect on your hard work. You knew that in order to SEE it, you had to BELIEVE it first. Think of how it has made you grow as you seek to make it grow. You are becoming more and more yourself. I believe in you. I’m proud of you. Keep going!

Who am I?
I am a dreamer. A visionary. A writer who builds worlds with music, lyrics and story.
I am a recovery coach who uses play, theatre, creativity, music and story to support and partner with those on a wellness journey.
I am a motivational speaker who uses her lived experience, her tapestry of stories, skills and knowledges, to inspire others and support meaningful transformation.
I believe the Arts saves lives as they saved mine. Reconnecting to my child self - the self that knew who she was before the world told her something different - through writing musicals has healed me and has been its own form of narrative therapy. My hope is that something I write, something that has healed me, can help heal you too.
I am a person who wants everyone’s dreams to come true. I believe that when we humbly live from the vision, the dream, the call on our lives, we are happier, healthier humans, and the world is a much brighter, more beautiful and accepting place.
I know nothing about you outside of what you tell me. I have faith in humanity. I have faith in you. Now let’s make some magic together!
